At Toolnwell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the steps you can take.

1. Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 14 or 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received.

    • In its original packaging.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., clearance items, perishable goods, or customized products).

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We may decline a refund if:

  • The item is not in its original condition.

  • The return request is made after the allowed return period.

  • The product is listed as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”
